1. Booking

Begin by confirming availability of your preferred house by phone or email. We will hold this reservation for 1 week. Within this week, please complete the booking form and send it to us. To hold your reservation firm, please transfer 1/3 of the rental to our account (or send a cheque drawn on a German or French bank). We will confirm receipt. Please note that, with his printed name in lieu of a signature, or with the payment of the down payment, the party leader accepts our terms and conditions, including responsibility on behalf of all members of his party. 2. Payment

The balance of rent together with the security deposit of €250 are payable 6 weeks before arrival. If payment is not received by that date, the Owner reserves the right to give notice that the booking is canceled. The client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent if the Owner is not able to re-let the Property. Bookings made within six weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Damage/security deposit

The Client is fully responsible to the Owner and third parties involved for any damage and/or losses to the property and belongings of that third party which occur within the duration of the holiday. The damage deposit shall not limit the Client's liability to the Owner. We ask that you leave the property cleaned and your rubbish deposited in the local rubbish bins. If the property is not left clean, the Owner reserves the right to make a deduction from the damage/security deposit. Deposits are returned within 1 week of departure unless clearly specified within 1 week of departure.

4. Rental period

The rental period begins at 4.00 pm on the first Saturday and ends at 10.00 am on the last Saturday. Although the Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain after the time stated (in both cases unless otherwise agreed to by the Owner), we are happy to help as much as possible should you have a differing arrival or departure dates. Your punctual departure is necessary to ensure that the arriving parties find a clean and welcoming house upon their arrival.

5. Accommodation

All of the accommodation and services are solely for the use of those persons named on the booking form. Please be aware that the maximum sleeping capacity must not be exceeded.

6. Insurance

Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your property suffered during your stay at Kerargon. We recommend that you purchase appropriate insurance to include personal injury, third party liability and cancellation coverage.

7. Vehicles

A maximum of 4 cars per party can be parked on site. Please park where we ask you to and please use caution when maneuvering on the property, especially bearing in mind that children play here. We can accept no responsibility for damage to vehicles occasioned by other renters or their pets on the property.
