Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
Provisional reservations are available on request by phone or email. Booking form to follow. A booking is only deemed to be confirmed when the 1/3 deposit is received within 1 week of the provisional reservation.
2. Payment
The balance of the rental charge and the security deposit of €250 are due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the rental period require the total amount plus security deposit to be paid immediately.
3. Security Deposit
The security deposit of €250 will be returned within 1 week of the end of the rental period, provided no damage to the property has occurred and the property has been left clean and tidy.
4. Rental Period
The rental period is from Saturday 16:00 (check-in) to the following Saturday 10:00 (check-out).
5. Accommodation
The maximum number of persons as stated on the booking form must not be exceeded. The sleeping capacity of the property must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
6. Insurance
The owners recommend that all guests purchase appropriate personal injury insurance, cancellation insurance, and third-party liability insurance for the duration of their stay.
7. Vehicles
A maximum of 4 cars may be parked on the property. Guests are asked to drive carefully at all times, as children may be playing.
